To register, you'll need either;

  • Your customer number or username
  • Or your personal details

If you’ve forgotten your customer number, you can retrieve it.

Log in

We'll then ask you to verify your identity by entering one of the following pieces of information;

  • your online banking password
  • your telephone banking access code
  • or your debit or credit card information (this option isn't available for business customers)

Do I need a security device?

The quickest way to authorise payments is using our mobile banking app. To download, search "Yorkshire Bank" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then set the app up to you finish moving your money.
