Get £250 cashback on our first time buyer mortgages. You'll receive your cashback at drawdown, as long as you are 18 or over and live in the UK. Maximum first time buyer loan amount is £750,000.

Representative Example

A mortgage of £173,003 payable over 22 years, initially on a fixed rate of 1.79% for 2 years and then our Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.2%, for the remaining 20 years. This would require 26 monthly payments of £793.42 and then 237 monthly payments of £1,069.08 plus one final payment of £1,065.79.

The total amount payable would be £276,750.67 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£102,063.67), product fee (£999), valuation fee (£450), funds transfer fee (£40) and mortgage exit fee (£195).

The overall cost for comparison is 4.6% APRC representative.
