From August 2020, existing loan customers will be rebranded to a Virgin Money personal loan. We're taking care of everything so you won't need to do a thing. You’ll still make payments as usual and manage your loan account as you do now.
Now that we’ve joined forces with Virgin Money, we're no longer accepting applications for the Yorkshire Bank personal loan. But don't worry, if you already have a loan with us you'll still be able to manage it like you did before. You can also apply for a new personal loan with Virgin Money.
If you're an existing customer, you can still manage your loan with us as normal.
If you’d like to make a new loan application, you can do this with Virgin Money.

There are no changes to your account information or login details, the only difference is that you can now sign in to the new Virgin Money internet banking service as well. For now you can still log on through Yorkshire Bank if you’d prefer.
