This would require 26 monthly payments of £793.42 and then 237 monthly payments of £1,069.08 plus one final payment of £1,065.79.
The total amount payable would be £276,750.67 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£102,063.67), product fee (£999), valuation fee (£450), funds transfer fee (£40) and mortgage exit fee (£195).
