Renewables

Renewable energy

We believe we have a key role to play in the transition to a low carbon economy, having now been active in the sector for over 20 years.

We offer both secured and project based lending solutions, which allows us to support a wide range of transaction types and sizes across the mid-market.

By taking an objective approach to assessing lending opportunities, we are able to support a number of different technologies including hydro, wind, solar and biomass. Going forward, we intend to support a broader range of technologies.

Our specialist team of 4 is based in Scotland but operates on a UK wide basis and handles all aspects of customer engagement including origination, execution and portfolio management.

We provide both development and operational stage finance.

Our customers include landowners, farmers, SME developers, private equity funds and infrastructure funds.

We pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge, track record of delivery and ability to innovate and evolve in line with the requirements of our customers.
