Yorkshire Bank has unveiled its newly upgraded branch in Scarborough.
The improvements to the branch, which is based at 24 Huntriss Row, are part of a £45 million investment programme by the Bank to upgrade facilities to meet changing customer needs. The programme includes a UK-wide programme of branch relocations and refits plus improved and new mobile and internet banking services.
The branch has undergone a complete redesign and now houses an open plan banking hall, three counter positions, two open consultation rooms and three private interview rooms.

Steve Fletcher, Director, Retail Banking, said: “While customers’ needs are changing and we are delivering new services to meet them, branches continue to be a really important part of how we ensure customers have a great banking experience with us. This is a fantastic new format branch in Scarborough and we’re looking forward to continuing to serve the local community from our modern new home.”
