Yorkshire Bank has unveiled its newly upgraded branch in Wakefield.
The improvements to the branch, which is based at 6-10 Northgate, are part of a £45 million investment programme by the Bank to upgrade facilities to meet changing customer needs. The programme includes a UK-wide programme of branch relocations and refits plus improved and new mobile and internet banking services.
The branch has undergone a complete redesign and now houses an open plan banking hall, a new reception area, four counter positions, three private interview rooms and four open consultation positions.
Beverley Smith, Branch Manager, said: “We are delighted with our newly formatted branch which underlines our commitment to Wakefield. We will continue providing the great personal service our customers expect whilst offering an enjoyable place to do banking.”

The Wakefield branch is open from 9:15am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
