Yorkshire Bank has unveiled its newly upgraded branch in St. Helens.
The improvements to the branch, which is based on Bridge Street, are part of a £45 million investment programme by the Bank to upgrade facilities to meet changing customer needs. The programme includes a UK-wide programme of branch relocations and refits plus improved and new mobile and internet banking services.
The branch has undergone a complete redesign and now houses an open plan banking hall, a new reception area, three counter positions, four private interview rooms and four open consultation areas.
Des Taylor, Branch Manager, said: “We are delighted with our newly formatted branch which underlines our commitment to St. Helens. While customers expect us to deliver flawless service, we also want them to have an enjoyable place to do their banking.”

The St. Helens branch is open from 9:15am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
