Yorkshire Bank has unveiled its newly upgraded branch in Castleford.
The improvements to the branch, which is based at 81 Carlton Street, are part of a £45 million investment programme by the Bank to upgrade facilities to meet changing customer needs. The programme includes a UK-wide programme of branch relocations and refits plus improved and new mobile and internet banking services.
The branch has undergone a complete redesign and now houses an open plan banking hall, a new reception area, three counter positions, three private interview rooms and three open consultation positions.
Linda Morgan, Branch Manager, said: “We are delighted with our newly formatted branch which underlines our commitment to Castleford. While customers expect us to deliver flawless service, we also want them to have an enjoyable place to do their banking.”

The Castleford branch is open from 9:15am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and from 9:15am to 1:15pm on Saturday.
