Clydesdale Bank has strengthened its business and private banking team in Ayr with three new appointments.
Craig Fulton has been promoted to agricultural relationship manager at the Ayr centre after spending two years with Clydesdale Bank’s Business Direct function. Craig, who began his banking career as a Clydesdale Bank assistant in Ayr, will support farming businesses across Ayrshire.
Anne Howatson and Marion Hamilton, two former long-standing Clydesdale Bank employees in Ayrshire, have also joined the team as relationship managers. Anne originally joined Clydesdale Bank in 1979 before leaving at the end of 2012, while Marion was employed by Clydesdale Bank for 31 years before leaving two years ago. The pair have returned on a job share basis.
Collectively, Craig, Marion and Anne have more than 60 years of experience in growing businesses. The trio also are also local to Ayrshire and have developed a deep knowledge of the local economy as well as issues affecting local businesses.
Their appointments bring to 11 the number employed by Clydesdale Bank’s Business and Private Banking Centre in Ayr.
