Yorkshire Bank launches fee free mortgage offer

Yorkshire Bank today (4th January 2012) announced a boost for homeowners with the launch of a fee free mortgage offer.
The Bank is waiving arrangement fees for customers looking to take a new mortgage or switching to Yorkshire Bank before Saturday 25th February.
This offer, which is available for a limited time, represents a saving of £999 which is the current re-mortgage arrangement fee.
In addition, customers re-mortgaging from another lender won’t have to pay any legal or valuation fees if they use Yorkshire Bank’s appointed solicitors and valuers.
