A full-service law firm is looking forward to significant growth after securing a £400,000 funding package from Yorkshire Bank.
Quality Solicitors HSK, based in Bolton and Manchester, will use the facility to fund expansion in specialist areas including employment law, debt recovery, family law and personal injury claims. They have targeted growth of 30% over the next two years.
These, and other successful service lines, have enabled the firm to maintain turnover well in excess of £1m, despite the economic slowdown. The firm, which employs 25 fee earners plus support staff, is now in a position to drive substantial growth.
Asghar Ali, one of the managing partners, said: “The finance package from Yorkshire Bank will provide us with the working capital we need to grow our top line and develop the business structure.
“The team at Yorkshire Bank is great to work with. They are strong on traditional relationships and take the time to get to understand our business needs in a way that supports our growth programme.”
Asghar added: “We adopted the national Quality Solicitors umbrella brand last October as part of a strategic marketing programme that we believe will enable us to develop. Looking ahead, we are confident of further success.”
Paul Swanick, business partner at Yorkshire Bank’s Bolton Financial Solutions Centre, which has provided the funding, said: “Quality Solicitors HSK has a deserved reputation in the regional legal services sector, and the business is well managed, with a clear vision of how it is going to grow. We are looking forward to working alongside Asghar and his team to support their ongoing success.”
Quality Solicitors HSK’s offices are located in St George’s Road, Bolton, and Cheetham Hill Road in Manchester.
