SOUTH YORKSHIRE businesses will get a chance to discuss the prospects for the economy with a top market commentator at two free seminars in the city next month (June 17).
Well-known UK economist and head of market strategies for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks, Nick Parsons, will speak at the seminars in Sheffield and invite questions from local business people.
The breakfast seminar, for business people from Chesterfield and Sheffield, will be at the Beauchief Hotel, Sheffield, and the lunchtime seminar, for businesses from Rotherham and Barnsley, will be at Yorkshire Bank’s South Yorkshire Financial Solutions Centre (FSC), Broughton Lane, Sheffield.
Nick Parsons, who has more than 25 years’ experience in global money markets and joined NabCapital, part of National Australia Bank which owns Yorkshire Bank, two years ago, is a regular commentator to CNBC, BBC and Bloomberg News and is a member of the Sky TV Money Panel.
