Top Yorkshire Bank Economist For Doncaster Seminar

DONCASTER businesses will get a chance to discuss the prospects for the economy with a top market commentator at a free seminar in the town next week (May 12).

UK economist and head of market strategies for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks, Nick Parsons, will speak at the breakfast and lunchtime seminars at Yorkshire Bank’s Doncaster Financial Solutions Centre (FSC), Heaven’s Walk, Doncaster.

Nick Parsons, who has more than 25 years’ experience in global money markets and joined NabCapital, part of National Australia Bank which owns Yorkshire Bank, two years ago, is a regular commentator to CNBC, BBC and Bloomberg News and is a member of the Sky TV Money Panel.

More than 50 Yorkshire Bank Doncaster FSC members including property, manufacturing, transport and service businesses are expected to attend the seminars as well as representatives of local authorities, universities and NHS Trusts.

Yorkshire Bank’s Doncaster FSC has 29 staff in multi-discipline teams encompassing corporate banking, private wealth management, treasury services and credit.
