Yorkshire Bank announced a boost for homeowners today with the launch of a fee free mortgage offer.
From Tuesday 5th May, the Bank is waiving arrangement fees for new customers looking to re-mortgage on a range of fixed rate, offset and current account mortgages. This offer, which is available for a limited time, represents a saving of £999 which is the current re-mortgage arrangement fee for fixed, offset and current account mortgages.
In addition, fixed and offset customers re-mortgaging from another lender won’t have to pay any legal or valuation fees providing their mortgage is over £25,000 and they use Yorkshire Bank’s appointed solicitors. Plus customers are entitled to a free switching package.*
