After looking at how our branches are used, we have taken the tough decision to close a number of Yorkshire Bank branches. More and more people are managing their money online and over the phone. So it makes sense for us to invest more in these areas, to make everyday banking simple.
Closing a branch is not an easy call to make, but we're determined that banking with us will be straightforward for you. There are lots of ways to manage your money with us such as mobile, internet and telephone banking. Our digital channels are simple, convenient and allow us to be where our customers want and need us most.
