We’re updating the costs of using Arranged and Unarranged Overdrafts on personal current accounts from 1st April 2020. This is happening as part of changes in regulatory guidance and our Tariffs.
Debit interest is an amount you pay for borrowing money. From 1st April 2020, the interest rate for both Arranged and Unarranged Overdrafts is going up. We’ll base this rate on how you use your account and your financial circumstances, so it could vary in the future. We will contact you if your rate changes. If you have an Arranged Overdraft limit, then this will stay the same. For a clearer picture of your Overdraft interest rate and fees overhaul, view the documents below or your personalised rates and fees were included in the letter we sent you.
