You're getting a Virgin Money Makeover
You’ll have recently received an email or letter to let you know the Yorkshire Bank Headstart Savers Account you opened for a young person is getting a makeover.
Our Stores, digital services and current accounts have already been updated – now it’s time for our savings customers to get the full Virgin Money treatment.
What are the main changes and when are they happening?
On 23 September 2021, your account will change to Virgin Money and we’re making some changes to the Terms too. Until then, the account will continue to work in the same way.
- We’re changing the notice period for account withdrawals from 95 days to 30 days
- We’ve also rewritten your Terms to make them clearer and easier to understand. You can check out your updated Terms for more information
- We’d love to think we always get it right, but sometimes we slip up. If we do, let us know and we’ll try to fix it. If you want to take things further your new Terms explain how you can do this.
