Supporting communities
We recognise that the strength of our business and our people are related to the health and wellbeing of those communities in which we operate. We want to play a positive role in the development of strong communities and that is why we continue to develop and grow our community activities. Through direct donations and partnership working arrangements with various organisations we endeavour to support local communities.
Some highlights from our community programme include:
- Some 20% of our employees regularly support their favourite charities through our payroll giving programme, added to the 14,500 hours of volunteering time they gave in the last year;
