Yorkshire Bank Extension Re-Affirms Commitment To Local Businesses

22/12/2008

A MAJOR extension to its premises has been completed by Yorkshire Bank’s Doncaster Financial Solutions Centre (FSC) to cater for anticipated growth during the next few years.

A two-storey extension, which increases office space by 50 per cent, creates more meeting rooms, coupled with extra car parking, has been made at its premises in Heaven’s Walk.

Yorkshire Bank Doncaster FSC managing partner, Andy Davidson, says: “Our traditional way of banking has helped us to increase our business significantly during the last couple of years and our team of business and private bankers was bursting at the seams and badly needed more office space.

“This growth has also allowed us to improve the facilities we provide to members.  We’ve added three new meeting rooms – bringing the total in the FSC to five – and these rooms can be used by our members for external meetings with their own clients, not just for bank-related reasons.”

“This is an exciting development for Yorkshire Bank in Doncaster which reaffirms our commitment to the town’s growth in spite of the challenging economic climate.”

Yorkshire Bank’s Doncaster FSC has 29 staff in multi-discipline teams encompassing corporate banking, private wealth management, treasury services and credit and operates a traditional method of banking with funding from deposits used to support investments in the local community.
